Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, from our fulfillment hubs. Orders placed by 11 AM Pacific / 2 PM Eastern on Monday-Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after the cut off time may ship next business day. All orders are shipped via UPS.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders with PO Box addresses will be canceled.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

After shipment you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location. Rural locations may have longer delivery times. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and shipping rates are nonrefundable if the delivery is late. We are not responsible for carrier delays. If a package is suspected to be lost in transit please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

International Orders

For international orders we offer shipping worldwide via UPS International Express. Please contact us for a quote for shipping to your country. You may be required to pay an extra import or duty when you pick up the item or when it is delivered to you. Please check with your local authorities to determine the amount of taxes or duties if applicable.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Tinybot will offer a replacement if stock is available. If after delivery a package is stolen or damaged (ie by pets or weather exposure), Tinybot is not liable and cannot send a replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe location for the package to be delivered to, or receive it directly from the delivery driver.

 

Delivery and Billing Addresses

When placing your order please ensure your shipping and billing info is entered correctly. We are not responsible for any mistakes inputted at checkout. If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately for assistance. Orders with incorrect billing information may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. Refunds typically take 2 to 3 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.
